How we Work
From Seed to Survival — A Transparent, Impact-Driven Process At Afforestation Foundation, every tree we plant is a part of a larger vision — to restore ecological balance with community participation and transparency. Here’s how we make it happen
Site Identification
We collaborate with local authorities, schools, farmers, and communities to identify barren or degraded land suitable for afforestation and agroforestry projects.
Community Engagement
We conduct awareness drives, school workshops, and local volunteer recruitment campaigns to ensure people are emotionally invested in the project.
Care & Maintenance
After planting, each site is regularly monitored for watering, mulching, pest control, and survival tracking for at least 2 years.
Plantation Drive
We organize large-scale tree plantation events during monsoon and other suitable seasons. Volunteers, school children, and local citizens plant saplings under expert supervision.
Planning & Species Selection
Our experts select native tree species based on soil type, water availability, and local biodiversity needs — ensuring long-term survival and ecological harmony.
Monitoring & Reporting
Each tree is geo-tagged and photographed. Our donors and partners receive impact reports, photos, and survival updates via email or dashboard access.
Impact & Expansion
Once the ecosystem begins to stabilize, we replicate the success in nearby regions, scale the program, and involve new communities.
